Refund policy

At Nancy Quilted, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. While we hope you are fully satisfied with your order, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary.

This policy outlines our return and refund conditions in a clear and transparent way.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled free of charge within 4 hours of being placed.

After this 4-hour window, the order can no longer be canceled. Once the item has been delivered, you can still return it under the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • Returns can only be initiated once the item has been physically delivered
  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Once approved, you have 15 days to send the item back
  • Returns must be sent to the return address we provide, which is our supplier in China
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unwashed, although unfolding and inspecting the item is permitted
  • Undamaged, unaltered and free of stains, odors, pet hair or signs of use
  • Returned in original condition and original packaging

The following is not permitted:

  • Using or washing the item beyond unfolding and inspecting it
  • Ordering multiple sizes or colors with the intention of returning part of the order

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount can be returned and refunded under the same conditions as full-price items.

Refund Guarantee for Unused Items

A full refund of the purchase price is guaranteed for all unused items that meet the conditions above, once the returned item has been received by us.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Nancy Quilted does not reimburse return shipping costs or related fees, except for defective or incorrect items.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement item

This is at your discretion. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item. If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Procedure

  1. Submit your return request by email to info@nancyquilted.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number
  2. You will receive the return address and instructions
  3. Send the item within 15 days of approval
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 15 days after the returned item has been received and approved
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Liability

Nancy Quilted is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Address changes must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.
